The Wall Street Journal Notes Schlichter
Bogard & Denton’s Efforts on Behalf of 401(k) Investors

In an article describing recent shifts in 401(k) plan oversight, including the increasing number of 401(k) plans that are including stable value funds as investment options, the Wall Street Journal today noted three recent lawsuits brought by Schlichter Bogard & Denton on behalf of 401(k) participants.  The lawsuits, which were brought on behalf of Anthem, Chevron, and Insperity plan participants, allege that plan providers breached their fiduciary duties by, among other things, charging excessive fees and failing to consider prudent investment options such as stable value funds.
