Schlichter Bogard & Denton Sues on Behalf of Chevron 401(k) Plan Participants

Schlichter Bogard & Denton has filed suit in the Northern District of California on behalf of more than 40,000 participants in Chevron’s $19 billion 401(k) plan.

The complaint contains allegations that Chevron breached its fiduciary duty to plan participants by, among other things, charging excessive fees and offering costly and imprudent investment options.  The complaint further alleges that the assets of Chevron plan participants were substantially reduced as a result of Chevron’s fiduciary breaches.
