Kristine Kraft Appointed to Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in National Bair Hugger Multidistrict Litigation

On February 23, 2016, the Honorable Joan N. Ericksen, sitting in the U.S. District Court for the District of Minnesota, appointed Kristine Kraft of Schlichter, Bogard & Denton, LLP to the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee (PSC) in the national Bair Hugger Multidistrict Litigation (In Re: Bair Hugger Forced Air Warming Devices Products Liability Litigation, MDL 2666, Order.

The PSC is a committee of experienced attorneys responsible for working with Lead Counsel on strategic decision-making on behalf of all MDL plaintiffs. In addition, the PSC named Kristine Kraft as the Co-Chair of the Marketing and Regulatory Discovery Committee, Co-Chair of the Privilege/De-designation Committee, Member of the Science and Expert Committee, and Member of the Law and the Briefing Committee. As a member of the PSC, Kristine Kraft will perform vital and exclusive functions, which include initiating and coordinating pretrial activities, planning for and conducting trial of these cases, and appearing before the court on behalf of all plaintiffs.
