Jerry Schlichter Described as “Pioneer” in New York Times Article Regarding Hidden Investment Fees

The New York Times quoted Schlichter Bogard & Denton managing partner Jerry Schlichter in a May 7, 2016 article concerning the dangers of hidden investment fees in retirement plans.

In addition to describing Jerry as "a pioneer in class-action suits involving excessive fees in 401(k) retirement plans," the Times noted that Schlichter Bogard & Denton in 2015 "won a landmark decision before the Supreme Court, which held that in 401(k) accounts, sponsors have a 'continuing duty' to act in employees' best interests, by monitoring investments and removing 'imprudent' or needlessly costly ones."
