We also won the first case ever in the United States in which a jury decided that a railroad locomotive design was not crashworthy. This was a verdict which also produced a record-setting amount against another railroad for the engineer victim of this head-on collision. Another precedent-setting case we handled recently was a nationwide class action employment discrimination case for all women employees of Rent-A-Center, Inc. We prevailed by defeating a first ever "reverse auction" in an employment discrimination case and obtained a settlement for the class of women in the amount of $47 million — one of the top three settlements in the history of the United States for gender discrimination. This case also changed the business practices of the entire company.
