Mark represents clients in complex litigation and injured individuals, including railroad employees in actions brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act.
Prior to joining Schlichter Bogard & Denton, Mark handled litigation at a large firm in St. Louis. From 2011 to 2013, Mark served as a law clerk to U.S. District Judge G. Patrick Murphy in the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois.
Mark has also worked as a prosecutor at the Madison County State’s Attorney’s Office in Illinois. During his time as a prosecutor, Mark successfully tried numerous jury trials.
Mark serves on the Local Rules Committee for U.S. District Court, Southern District of Illinois.
