Mark concentrates his practice in Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) class action and complex litigation. He has served as an editor of the Journal of Dispute Resolution and fellow for the ABA's Dispute Resolution Magazine. Mark also worked at the CPR International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution in New York.
While earning a Master of Laws from New York University, Mark focused on Complex Litigation, including class actions, multidistrict litigation and mass torts, including the September 11th Victims Compensation Fund and settlements for victims of Nazi persecution during World War II.
