Roger has spent his entire career representing seriously injured individuals, including railroad employees and victims of dangerous products and defective pharmaceutical drugs. He has litigated cases in more than a dozen states, both in state and federal courts. Roger has a national reputation in the field of FELA litigation with record setting verdicts in multiple jurisdictions. Roger's aggressive approach to litigation has resulted in numerous million dollar verdicts against all the major railroads, including Union Pacific, BNSF, CSX, Norfolk Southern, CONRAIL, and AMTRAK. Roger is also responsible for multiple million dollar settlements against major product manufacturers including GM and Honda, to name a few. He is also actively involved on national steering committees in pharmaceutical litigation against Johnson & Johnson and Merck. Roger has also been asked to speak at national seminars in various areas of litigation and has published articles in legal journals.
Roger manages the Wisconsin office as well as participating in the daily operations of the St. Louis, Missouri offices. He manages the work of several associate attorneys, paralegals, and investigators.
