Ashley graduated with honors from the University of Missouri, School of Law, receiving the Order of the Barrister and Dean's List Scholar awards. She also received the Fred L. Howard Prize for Excellence in the Advancement of Advocacy, was a moot court finalist and won the mediation competition. Ashley was an editor for the Journal of Dispute Resolution and had two writings selected for publication in the Journal of Dispute Resolution — "When Precedent Wears Thin: The Missouri Supreme Court Clarifies an Issue of Ambiguity Affecting the Arbitrability of Wrongful Death Claims" and "Using Alternative Dispute Resolution Processes to Resolve Domestic Conflict." Ashley also co-authored an article for the Journal of the Missouri Bar titled "Investigating the Justice System Response in Missouri to Child Homicides Related to Hostile Environments."

Since joining the firm, Ashley is working in the areas of personal injury and pharmaceutical products liability.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys photography and cycling.
