
Mark Boyko
Mark concentrates his practice in class action and complex litigation, particularly national class actions brought under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA).
Mark is also the Deputy Reporter for the CPR International Institute for Conflict Prevention & Resolution’s Commission on Facilities for the Resolution of Mass Claims, whose guidebook on Mass Claims Resolution Facilities was published in April, 2011. He has served as an editor of the Journal of Dispute Resolution and fellow for the ABA's Dispute Resolution Magazine and is a member of the ABA Section of Litigation’s Class Action & Derivative Suits Committee.
While earning a Master of Laws from New York University, Mark focused on complex litigation, including class actions, multidistrict litigation and mass torts.
