Kris is a partner of the firm. She focuses on representing people injured by pharmaceutical products.
Kris has consistently received an “AV” rating in Martindale-Hubbell, the highest possible rating from this organization of her peers. She serves on the Board of Governors for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. Kris has also been selected for inclusion in the “Honors Edition” of the Cambridge “Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women” for 2008-2011. Kris is also actively involved in the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, the Association for Women Lawyers in St. Louis, the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Missouri and Kansas Bar Associations.
In addition, Kris has been appointed to serve as co-lead counsel and liaison counsel of In Re NuvaRing® Products Liability Litigation, a Multi-District Litigation pending in the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. She also serves on the Science and Discovery Committees for the Multi-District Litigation matters: In re Yasmin® and Yaz® (Drospirenone) Marketing, Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation, In re Ortho Evra® Products Liability Litigation and In re Gadolinium-Based Contrast Agents Product Liability Litigation. She now represents and has represented clients throughout the United States.
