
Jerome J. Schlichter
Jerry is managing partner of the firm. He has been repeatedly elected by his peers for inclusion in "Best Lawyers in America" and is listed again in the 2013 edition. Jerry has been designated legal counsel for the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers for many years and is currently designated legal counsel for the United Transportation Union. He has represented railroad workers in trials in many states and has had record-setting jury verdicts in numerous jurisdictions, both in railroad and other personal injury cases. He has obtained a verdict of $27 Million for the widow and children of a St. Louis firefighter against Survivair, Inc. for a defective breathing apparatus which caused the firefighter's death. This $27 Million verdict was the highest jury verdict in Missouri in 2007 and one of the highest in the United States.

Roger C. Denton
Roger has spent his entire career representing seriously injured individuals, including railroad employees and victims of dangerous products and defective pharmaceutical drugs. He has litigated cases in more than a dozen states, both in state and federal courts. Roger has a national reputation as a leader in pharmaceutical litigation. Roger is acting as MDL Liaison Counsel in Yasmin/Yaz litigation, having been appointed by Chief Judge David Herndon, of the Southern District of Illinois. Roger is also lead counsel in the NuvaRing MDL, having been appointed by Judge Rodney Sippel of the Eastern District of Missouri. Roger has served on the National Plaintiffs' Steering Committees in the Ortho Evera MDL Litigation, appointed by Judge David A. Katz, of the Northern District of Ohio, as well as the Gadolinium MDL, appointed by Judge Dan A. Polster, of the Northern District of Ohio.

Nelson G. Wolff
Nelson is a partner of the firm. He represents railroad and maritime employees in personal injury and death cases under the FELA and Jones Act. He also represents numerous employees of large corporations in claims brought under ERISA arising from mismanagement of 401k retirement plans. Nelson has been serving on the Board of Governors of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys since 2004.

Kristine K. Kraft
Kris is a partner of the firm. She focuses on representing people injured by pharmaceutical products and serves on the Board of Governors for the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys. She has also been selected for inclusion in the “Honors Edition” of the Cambridge “Who’s Who Among Executive and Professional Women” for 2008-2011.
